Casinoin review: licence and ownership

Casinoin names the company behind it. Its footer and Terms of Service name BMbit N.V. as the company behind it, registered at Hanchi Snoa 19, Willemstad, Curaçao, and holding licence OGL/2024/650/0284 from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. A Cypriot company, BMGate Ltd, processes payments and owns the trademark.

Two points about that licence are worth knowing:

• The licence is issued in Curaçao. It is not a UK Gambling Commission licence, so the consumer rules that cover licensed gambling in Great Britain do not apply to it. Disputes fall under Curaçao law and its courts.
• Complaints stay in-house first. Casinoin says it confirms a complaint within 7 business days and aims to resolve it within 20 business days.

On the technical side, Casinoin states that it uses SSL and PCI DSS security certificates, and its terms say the payout ratio of its casino games generally exceeds 95%.

Casinoin withdrawals: times, limits and fees

Casinoin withdrawals should be approved or denied within 5 business days, according to its Terms of Service. If the money takes longer than 10 business days to arrive, the casino says it will tell you why. That is slower on paper than the “rapid withdrawals” promised on the homepage, so treat fast payouts as the best case.

• Same method out as in. Funds are paid back by the method you deposited with, where the payment provider supports it.
• Limits depend on your country and payment method. They are published under “Limits and fees” in the site footer. Each method has a maximum single withdrawal plus daily, weekly and monthly caps.
• The daily cap can be tight. In the market we checked, the daily cap was the same as the maximum single withdrawal, the weekly cap was 7.5 times that and the monthly cap about 29 times.
• Admin fee. The terms allow a fee of up to 5% on deposits and payouts to cover transaction costs.
• Unplayed deposits. Withdrawing a deposit you have not played, or only partly played, can cost a processing fee of up to 10%.
• Inactive accounts. After 12 months without logging in, the fee is €5 a month, with 30 days of notice first.
• Currency is locked. You pick the account currency at your first deposit and cannot change it later.

Does Casinoin ask for verification?

Casinoin advertises “no verification required to register and withdraw”, but its Terms of Service say something stricter. The casino can ask for proof of identity at any time, and always does once your deposits reach €2,000 within a rolling 180 days. Until you send the documents it can hold your funds and winnings, and it may ask for a video call.

In practice, that means verification can come before a large withdrawal rather than at sign-up. The terms also let the casino ask for proof of where the money came from.

Casinoin bonuses and the rules that matter

The Casinoin welcome bonus is not the same everywhere. The offer, the wagering requirement and the cash-out cap are set per promotion and per country, so check the promotion’s “details” before you opt in. The general Bonus Rules apply to every offer:

• You can hold only one casino promotion at a time.
• Deposits made with Skrill or Neteller do not qualify for deposit bonuses, including the welcome bonus.
• Cryptocurrency deposits do not receive bonuses.
• Withdrawals are switched off while a bonus is active.
• Only the part of a bet up to the bonus amount counts toward wagering. With a €10 bonus, a €20 bet counts as €10.
• The most you can convert to real money is the bonus multiplied by a figure set in each promotion.
• Low-risk patterns, such as backing red and black together at roulette, can void the bonus and its winnings.
• One bonus per person, household, IP address, device and payment method.

Casinoin’s homepage advertises more than 12,600 games, and its providers page listed 110 studios when we checked. Pragmatic Play is the largest single supplier, alongside Play’n GO, NetEnt, Red Tiger, PG Soft, Nolimit City, Novomatic, Yggdrasil and Evolution for live tables.

• Slots: filters for Megaways, bonus buy, jackpots, high volatility and games with 98% RTP or more.
• Live casino: a wide spread of table limits, from low-stakes tables to high-roller rooms.
• Sports and esports: a full sportsbook sits under the same account and wallet.
• Also on site: instant games, table games and bingo.

One caution: Casinoin’s own About page still quotes “more than 4,500 games” and “more than 70 providers”. The live lobby is far bigger, so the About page is simply out of date.

Support, languages and mobile

Casinoin offers 24/7 live chat and email support. The site runs in 30 language versions, including English, Spanish, Polish, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Hindi and Arabic. It also promotes a mobile app from the homepage, and the site works in a mobile browser.

Where Casinoin is not available

Casinoin’s terms list the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Turkey, Serbia, Cyprus and the Dutch Caribbean as restricted territories. A separate list of prohibited territories includes Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Venezuela, North Korea and Syria. Neither list is described as complete, and using a VPN to get around a block breaks the terms.

You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, switch on a reality check, and self-exclude for a fixed period of at least one day. Casinoin is not set up for the UK market. Its Terms of Service name the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland as a restricted territory, which lets the company refuse registration to players located there.

Casinoin also does not appear on the Gambling Commission’s public register, which we searched on 15 October 2026. The Commission says that businesses it licenses must show that they are licensed and link to that register, and that players at a licensed business are protected by the consumer and gambling rules in Great Britain.
